In recent years, I’ve shaped mobile banking journeys for leading UAE banks, enhanced critical digital experiences for a major Luxury Travel company, and improved learning tools across emerging markets in Africa, India and China for an EdTech organisation — consistently designing products that inform, inspire, and deliver tangible results
I’m especially passionate about integrating AI into the design process, using it to personalise experiences, automate intelligently, uncover deeper user insights, and optimise interfaces for greater efficiency, performance, and delight.
