Bio

I’m an end-to-end Product Designer with deep FinTech and EdTech expertise and a passion for crafting meaningful, human-centered digital experiences. I hold a BSc in Product Design and received a scholarship to complete my Master’s in Service Design Innovation at the University of the Arts London, where I developed a strong foundation in customer-centric design and service-led thinking.

 

I thrive in mission-driven environments where design has real purpose — creating solutions that are not only meaningful but deliver measurable, game-changing results. Over the years, I’ve worked internationally across the UK, Europe, Africa, Australia, and now Dubai, designing and launching products that enhance everyday experiences and generate tangible impact.

 

In recent years, I’ve shaped mobile banking journeys for leading UAE banks, enhanced critical digital experiences for a major luxury cruise company, and improved learning tools across emerging markets in Africa, India, and China for an EdTech organisation — consistently designing products that inform, inspire, and deliver results. My work spans B2B and B2C environments, from redefining visual design languages to leading user research and turning complex insights into actionable, impactful prototypes.

 

I’m particularly passionate about integrating AI into the design process, using it to personalise experiences, automate intelligently, uncover deeper user insights, and optimise digital interfaces for greater efficiency, performance, and delight.

 

What drives me most is collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams to craft products that are not only functional and consistent, but truly beautiful, purposeful, and impactful.
