Bio

I graduated with a BSc in Product Design and received a scholarship in 2013 which led to completing a Masters in Service Design Innovation, at University of the Arts London LCC. This led me to develop a core understanding of customer centred design processes with an ability to recognise and articulate the characteristics of an excellent customer experience as well as understanding the importance of Human-centred Design. 

 

A couple of years ago I returned from my Australian adventure after spending over a year there working and travelling. It was a fantastic experience, but London was calling and I have been fortunate since to work with organisations shaping a whole ecosystem of products that really do some good on this planet. I have been able to hone my skills, improve digital experiences at a B2B and B2C level and curate products that make measurable impact to users on a daily basis. I now work and reside in Dubai.

 

I have experience in launching new products, contributing to the re-design of existing ones, re-defining visual design languages and conducting user research to ensure the right problems are solved and the end products are providing the optimal user experiences. What really gets me buzzing is teaming up with folks from all walks of life—multi-disciplinary dream teams, if you will—to create designs that are not only consistent but downright beautiful.
